No show + Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, allowing us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client ready to be pampered.

Our no-show policy includes cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment or failure to attend. In these cases, your 50% booking deposit will be retained.

All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking (or prior to your appointment) to secure your reservation. Failure to provide a deposit may result in your appointment being released.

You will receive a courtesy reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment. We recommend making any changes at this time or earlier, as this is most beneficial for both you and our waitlisted clients.
