Neolifting Facial Massage
Melt away tension. Sculpt with intention. Glow from within.
What is Neolifting
Neolifting is a non-invasive facial massage that works on the skin, muscles and lymphatic system to lift, sculpt and relax the face — no needles, no downtime. Using a blend of facial sculpting, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and gentle intraoral (buccal) massage, it delivers a visible lift while calming the nervous system.
- Muscle sculpting — targeted massage movements that work the facial muscles like a gentle workout, lifting, toning and defining naturally.
- Lymphatic drainage — moves stored fluid and waste out of the tissues, easing puffiness and heaviness.
- Circulation boost — increases blood flow to bring oxygen and nutrients to the skin, supporting elasticity and a natural glow.
- Tension release — melts away tightness held in the jaw, forehead and face, softening your features as well as your stress.
Buccal Therapy
Part of your session also includes buccal therapy — a specialised massage worked from inside the mouth, along the muscles of the cheeks and jaw. It reaches areas a facial can’t access from the outside, releasing deep tension, contouring the face and supporting lymphatic drainage for an even more sculpted, radiant result.
Neolifting works on the skin, muscles and lymphatic system to lift, tone and relax the face:
- Lifts and sculpts facial contours
- Improves skin tone, texture and circulation
- Supports lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness
- Encourages natural collagen production
- Deeply relaxing — many clients say it feels like a full-body reset
Neolifting is a great fit if you’re after a natural, needle-free lift and want to:
- Ease tension held in the jaw, forehead and face
- Soften the look of fine lines without injectables or downtime
- Support your skin through hormonal changes such as postpartum or perimenopause
- Enjoy a treatment that feels deeply relaxing as well as visibly effective
When you visit Skinfit for your Neolifting treatment, we start with a consultation — getting to know your skin, your goals, and a bit about your lifestyle as a whole (stress, sleep, habits), so the session can be tailored specifically to you. From there, it's all hands-on: a soothing blend of facial sculpting to lift and contour, myofascial release to ease tension held in the muscles, and lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and support your skin's natural detox. We finish with a gentle intraoral massage, working from inside the mouth to release deep tension that external techniques can't always reach. Many clients say it's as relaxing as it is effective — you'll leave with a visible lift, softer contours, and a real sense of calm.
FAQs
No — Neolifting is a hands-on massage technique, not a needle or device-based treatment. Movements are slow and often rhythmic or vibrational, and some areas (like the jaw or forehead) may feel firm if you're holding tension there, similar to a deep-tissue massage. Overall, most clients find it deeply relaxing rather than uncomfortable.
Neolifting is gentle and generally well tolerated, but it's best to avoid or check with us first if you have any of the following:
- Active acne, rosacea flare-ups, sunburn or a skin infection
- Open wounds or broken skin on the face
- Facial surgery within the last 6 weeks
- Botox or dermal filler within the last 5 weeks
- Pregnancy (first or third trimester)
- A pacemaker or other electronic medical device
If you're unsure whether Neolifting is right for you, chat with your doctor or give us a call and we can talk it through.
Many clients notice a difference straight after their very first session — a lifted, more sculpted look and a sense of calm. For real, lasting change, we recommend weekly sessions for 6–8 weeks, which gives the muscles and lymphatic system time to respond and build on each treatment. After that, a monthly maintenance session helps you hold onto your results.
Yes — as long as it's been at least 5 weeks since your last injectable treatment. Neolifting is also a great option if you're after a natural, needle-free alternative to Botox or fillers, or if injectables just aren't for you.
Yes — the buccal (intraoral) part of your Neolifting session works from inside the mouth, targeting the muscles of the jaw and cheeks directly. This can help release tension held in the jaw, which is a common spot for people to carry stress or the effects of clenching.
